2012 US Afghanistan Agreement.

The United States and the Afghanistan government signed the "Enduring Strategic Partnership Agreement between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the United States of America. That agreement provided a long-term agreement for the United States to help the Afghanistan government. At a NATO summit on May 21, 2012, concluded that NATO would slowly withdraw and turn the security of the company to the Afghanistan forces.
