The President began his day in Phoenix were he unveiled his plan to help Americans at risk to have their house foreclosed. The plan will cost $75 Billion and is expected to help as many at 9 million home owners. Text of Remarks
After giving his speech the President spent the rest of the day flying back to Washington. For the past two weeks the president has been traveling out of Washington three or four times a week.
